Main Courses · Alternating Plates
- Meat — Slow-roasted lamb with salsa verde, heritage grains, and seasonal greens, served with a glass of Australian Shiraz
- Fish — Whole baked fish with fennel and lemon, served with heritage grains, seasonal greens, and a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc
- Vegetarian — Roasted eggplant and chickpea pilaf with tahini yoghurt, pomegranate, toasted almonds, and slow-roasted tomato, served with a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc
Dessert
- Aged cheeses, quince, lavosh

- Affogato with vanilla ice cream, espresso, and a small pour of Kahlúa
Sparkling and still water are offered throughout the evening gathering. Beer and soft drink alternatives remain available upon request for guests who would prefer them.
