The menu draws from the warm culinary traditions found east of Greece — composed for slow gathering, shared conversation, and candlelit hospitality.

Main Courses · Alternating Plates

  • Meat — Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with lemon, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil, served with saffron rice or herbed freekeh, roasted vegetables, yoghurt dressing, and a glass of Australian Shiraz
  • Fish — Oven-roasted barramundi with lemon, olive oil, parsley, and garlic, served with saffron rice or herbed freekeh, seasonal vegetables, and a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc
  • Vegetarian — Roasted eggplant and chickpea pilaf with tahini yoghurt, pomegranate, toasted almonds, herbs, and slow-roasted tomato, served with a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc

Dessert

  • Citrus and almond cake with whipped mascarpone
  • Orange blossom and honey cake with pistachio, poached pear, and cream
  • Affogato with vanilla ice cream, espresso, and a small pour of Kahlúa

Sparkling and still water are offered throughout the evening gathering. Beer and soft drink alternatives remain available upon request for guests who would prefer them.
