The Shared Table
The menu draws from the Wedding at Cana — composed for sacred celebration, layered courses, paired wines, and the abundance of gathered hospitality.
Starters · Opening Table
- Warm breads, cultured butter, olive oil, sea salt
- Oysters, mignonette, lemon
- Charcuterie, pickled vegetables, mustard fruits
- Whipped ricotta, honey, thyme
- Marinated olives, almonds, citrus
- A glass of sparkling wine offered for the bridal toast
First Plates
- Crudo of kingfish, citrus, finger lime, served with a glass of Australian Riesling
- Hand-cut pasta, brown butter, sage, hazelnut, served with a glass of Australian Chardonnay
Second Plates
- Roasted quail, grape, verjus
- Heirloom carrots, labneh, dukkah
Main Courses · Alternating Plates
- Meat — Slow-roasted lamb shoulder with salsa verde, served with truffled potato gratin, seasonal greens, and a glass of Australian Shiraz
- Fish — Whole baked snapper with fennel and lemon, served with truffled potato gratin, seasonal greens, and a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc
- Vegetarian — Roasted eggplant and chickpea pilaf with tahini yoghurt, pomegranate, toasted almonds, and slow-roasted tomato, served with a glass of Australian Sauvignon Blanc
Dessert
- Aged cheeses, quince paste, lavosh
- Almond and olive oil cake with poached pear
- Petits fours and espresso, with a small pour of Kahlúa
Sparkling and still water are offered throughout the evening gathering. Beer and soft drink alternatives remain available upon request for guests who would prefer them.
